By using the wj12.click website and the wj12 mobile application, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and wj12.

Wj12 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the site, and your continued use of the platform after such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

This platform is designed for entertainment purposes only. By participating on wj12, you acknowledge that betting is a form of entertainment that carries risk, and that you are doing so of your own informed volition.

The following requirements must be met to open an account on wj12:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, address, and phone number.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and register under your own name.

After registration, wj12 may verify your identity at any time. This process may require a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If your account security is compromised, notify wj12 support immediately.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on wj12:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 | Maximum daily deposit: ৳5,00,000.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 | Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
• Only Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank accounts registered in your own name are accepted.

KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit photos of both sides of your national ID along with a recent selfie.

Wj12 monitors all suspicious transactions to prevent money laundering. Additional documentation may be requested for large transactions, and withdrawals may be placed on hold during the review process.

Accepting payments from or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. Any such transaction detected will result in the immediate closure of the account.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on wj12:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50 per bet; the maximum varies depending on the market and event.
• Wj12 reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify any market or event at any time.
• Any bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error will be voided.

Odds in live betting change in real time. If the odds shift between the time you place a bet and the time it is confirmed, wj12 reserves the right to confirm the bet at the updated odds. You may cancel the bet in such cases.

Arbitrage betting — placing multiple opposing bets on the same match to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the payouts for the bets in question will be voided.

Wj12 regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any offer:

• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (WR). The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the WR is met.
• The wagering requirement (WR) for the welcome bonus is typically 10x to 30x, meaning you must wager the bonus amount 10 to 30 times before withdrawal.
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games or sports — please refer to the details of each individual offer.
• Each member may claim a promotion only once.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

To qualify for the referral bonus, your referred friend must successfully register and complete the required deposit and betting amount. Any attempt to claim referral bonuses using fake accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wj12:

1. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
2. Registering with a fake identity or providing false information.
3. Hiding your IP address using a VPN, proxy, or any other method.
4. Attempting to hack the betting system or exploit bugs for unfair advantage.
5. Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.
6. Participating in match fixing or sports corruption.
7. Harassing other members or engaging in inappropriate conduct on the platform.
8. Processing transactions on behalf of, or receiving payments from, third parties.

Wj12 may suspend or close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the terms and conditions.
• Failure to submit KYC documents or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Detection of suspicious financial activity.
• At your own request.

If you wish to close your account yourself, email support@wj12.click. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the closure is processed.

Wj12 treats the privacy of your personal information with the utmost importance. Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.

The information you provide may be used for the following purposes:

• Account Management & Verification.
• Processing transactions.
• Preventing fraud and ensuring platform security.
